The real estate industry like most industries in this capitalist driven World is dependent on market demands. There have been years wherein there were dips in the sale of real estate or even in the development of real estate. But since real estate caters to a basic need for human development, it is one industry that will keep on bouncing back and will continue to evolve with the times.
