Real Estate Through the Years
The purpose real estate has served through the years has not really changed that much. Everybody still dreams of having their own estate. The only big difference is the scarcity of property today compared to before where there were a lot of idle lands. Now due to development and improvements, the availability of land to develop is slowly becoming scarce.
